NCB Pty Ltd is an Indigenous Australian Business dedicated to presenting the innovative integration of Aboriginal Dreaming and the Western Intellectual Tradition, including the impact of the latest insights flowing from Quantum Theory and the Digital Revolution.

It applies this integrated thinking to assist individuals from various cultural backgrounds to realise their potential as humans. At the same time, the integration of these complementary knowledge sources can be applied to work and other organisations as well. Ray is a Kamilaroi man, part of the Caroona Taylor mob. He has extensive experience in Information Technology, Banking and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Contract Law, Global Sales. As well as my background in Banking and Finance, Information Technology and Sales and Marketing, I have established two highly successful Restaurants. Pat Bradbery

Pat is a Kamilaroi man, part of the Caroona Taylor mob. He has extensive experience in leadership and management in social enterprise, business, education and academia. Pat is an emeritus Associate Professor in Management from Charles Sturt University. He has established and managed a number of small business enterprises in fields as diverse as clothing manufacture, instant printing, hospitality and consulting. He has worked with Indigenous communities in NSW, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland, as well as providing consulting services for NSWALC and ILC. He is a certified facilitator for Community Building Workshops, Technology of Participation Workshops and Courage to Be Workshops.

He is an author of twenty two refereed publications including a chapter in a book Australia in Crisis - Problems and Opportunities for Rural and Regional Australia published by NCVER in 2001. Pat is also co-author of the Murdi Paaki Community Governance Kit (2002).
